Located at an elevation of 1900 meters, this quaint little hill town gained popularity during the British era in the 19th century. The British officers loved this holiday destination in Uttarakhand and it earned Mussoorie the moniker of "Queen Of The Hill Stations". Apart from the various tourist places in Mussoorie, the hill station in Uttarakhand also serves as the gateway to the glaciers of Gangotri and Yamunotri, two of the pristine pilgrimage spots for Hindus. Kempty Falls

Kempty falls is one of the most prominent waterfalls in Uttarakhand and is situated at a height of 4500 feet. The falls are encircled by a majestic mountain cliff and the waterfall splits into 5 different streams as it falls. Located on the Mussoorie-Dehradun highway, this is one of the most famous places to see while visiting Mussoorie.

Lal Tibba

In the local language, Lal Tibba means the Red Hill. This is said to be one of the oldest and most populated places in Mussoorie. The place is known for its scenic beauty, which is a result of the pleasant sunrise and sunset that leaves the visitors spellbound.
