Landour Clock Tower

Originally constructed in the 1930's, the Landour Clock Tower became a landmark for the local residents of Landour, finding its way on to road signages. It was demolished in 2010 and rebuilt a few years later on public demand. Today, it has regained its position as a landmark of Landour.

George Everest House

Located 6 kms from Gandhi Chowk, the George Everest House is a landmark in Mussoorie. Built in 1832 by Sir George Everest, the Surveyor General of India, best known for measuring the height of Mount Everest in the Himalayas, which was named after him.

Mussoorie Lake

If you are looking for the perfect picnic spott then head to Mussoorie Lake. This newly developed tourist spot is located on the Dehradun-Mussoorie Road and is just 6 kms from the Mall Road.

Cloud End

Located 6 kms from Mussoorie near the Library Chowk end of the Mall Road, Cloud End offers visitors an escape into peace, tranquility and good weather.

Benog Wildlife Sanctuary

A part of the Rajaji National Park, Benog Wildlife Sanctuary is located 11 kms from the Library Chowk, Mall Road of Mussoorie. This sanctuary is a bird watchers haven with a wide variety of birds available to view.

Gun Hill

The second highest peak in Mussoorie, Gun Hill is a popular tourist attraction in the hill station. Take the ropeway to the top of the peak to enjoy a 360-degree view of the hill station and the surrounding valley.

Jharipani Falls

A popular picnic spot, Jharipani Falls is located 9 kms from Mussoorie. Surrounded by dense forests, visitors can either reach directly by road or take a 5 km trek from Dehradun.

The SOHAM Himalayan Centre

A recent attraction, the SOHAM Himalayan Centre is an attempt to preserve the heritage and culture of the Himalayan state.

Lal Tibba

Lal Tibba offers an amazing view of the mountains from the highest point in Mussoorie. Located in Landour, Lal Tibba point has a restaurant which provides a telescope from which you can view the mountains.
