BENEFITS OF PARTNERING WITH US

While many of you may have listed your property on OTA's like Makemytrip, Booking.com, Yatra etc, you would understand the benefits of online marketing support.  These OTA's are helpful in increasing visibility for your property.  However, the downside of working with these OTA's is that they charge hefty commissions for promoting your property on their website.  Another disadvantage with OTA's is that your property is competing against not just other homestays or boutique hotels like yours, but with every type of accommodation in your city.  In other words, your property gets lost in the clutter with over 100 properties listed in each city.  ​

My Uttarakhand Stay is not in the competition to have the biggest inventory online.  We want to work with a limited number of homestays and hotels in the state.  As one of the first state-specific travel portal, we aim to help our partners break-free from the clutter and really stand out from the crowds. With not more than 10 homestays and 20 hotels in each city/area, we ensure better visibility for your property. Not just that, we do not burden our partners with high commission charges.  We understand the financial pressures involved in running small properties and would like to ensure that you are not overburdened.

MyUttarakhandStay also works with travel agents across India to promote our properties.  This ensures greater reach for the properties that are listed on our portal.  We are also working on creating packages that incorporate your property that can be sold by travel agents to their  clients.

Since we are not accepting every property for our website, we have a stringent selection process. Your property needs to be unique in terms of its location, building architecture, food service or service in general.  More importantly, the property should have very good guest reviews.
